To strengthen our communication workflow and client handling system, we are hiring a Communication Manager who can be the voice, structure, and presence of the agency.
About the Role
As a Communication Manager, you will act as the primary bridge between clients and the agency.
Your responsibility is to ensure seamless communication, structured updates, professional handling of enquiries, and on-camera representation for marketing content.
This role is ideal for someone who naturally communicates well, carries confidence, is articulate in English & Hindi, and can represent the agency with clarity and professionalism.
This is a remote-first role, but candidates must be Kolkata-based for occasional meetings and in-person reviews.
What You’ll Do
1️⃣ Client Handling

Handle client calls and meetings

Respond to incoming enquiries

Represent the agency professionally

Pitch our services with confidence

Follow up in a structured, respectful manner

Ensure smooth onboarding for every client

Maintain regular communication with existing clients for updates, feedback, and requirements
2️⃣ Internal Coordination

Communicate project details clearly to the internal team

Maintain structured documentation of tasks, revisions, and approvals

Track progress and ensure deadlines are met

Share client feedback accurately and promptly
3️⃣ Operations & Reporting

Maintain daily communication logs

Prepare weekly client summaries and status updates

Support in managing project timelines

Ensure professional communication standards are upheld
4️⃣ Marketing Support

Assist with content planning for the agency

Create simple UGC-style videos when required
-
Represent the agency on camera for marketing communication

Support agency’s social media and promotional activities
Must-Have Qualifications

Excellent communication in English (spoken + written) and Hindi (spoken)

Clear articulation and strong interpersonal skills

Professional writing ability (emails, proposals, business messaging)

Confident on camera for video communication

Good presence of mind and situational handling

Kolkata-based with ability to join office when required

Full-time availability (no side hustles)
Nice to Have

Experience in handling clients or sales calls

Understanding of branding, digital marketing, or design workflow

Ability to think on your feet during conversations

Familiarity with content creation or UGC videos
