Our Process,
Structured Workflow for Professional Execution
We follow a systematic design and communication process to ensure consistency, clarity, and long-term usability across all business platforms.
After the initial inquiry and onboarding, we will schedule a video meeting to thoroughly discuss and understand the project. Our goal is to gather as much input as possible, including style, color preferences, mood, and references, to prevent any issues during the project.
◉ Stage 2 — Content
Due to the importance and sensitivity of the data and information involved in this type of project, we request the client to provide the written content according to their needs. This helps us assess the scope of the project, such as the number of slides required, emphasis on points, and the inclusion of hero sections.
◉ Stage 3 — Design
Upon receiving the initial payment, we initiate the design process. In Step 1, we develop a captivating cover design that encapsulates the overall feel of the entire project. During this phase, we carefully select colors, fonts, images, illustrations, icons, and design elements to be used. The entire design process typically takes 2-3 days from start to finish, depending on the number of slides.
◉ Stage 4 — Revision
Once the design is complete, we promptly share a preview with the client for their revision. At this stage, the client can request alterations, changes, or removal of any information as needed. We gather all edits in one go and implement them collectively.
◉ Stage 5 — Delivery
Upon completion of the revision stage, we send the final preview, incorporating all the client’s feedback. If no further changes placed by client, we deliver all the project files including high-definition copy of the presentation in .pdf and .pptx format along with assets and a soft copy (.cdr) to the client.
