We’re looking for a Client Onboarding Associate—the first impression of Studio Articon. You’ll be the first person our leads talk to, making them feel welcome, understood, and confident in choosing us.

Your role is to engage new inquiries, understand their needs, and guide them smoothly into becoming paying clients. If you can hold a conversation, build trust, and convert interest into business, this is your stage.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and warmly to all incoming leads.

  • Make assessment calls to understand client needs.

  • Convert hot leads, nurture warm ones, and keep a pipeline for future opportunities.

  • Keep lead details updated and organized for follow-ups.

  • Share content, proposals, and campaign updates with prospects.

  • Attend client meetings (within and outside Kolkata) when required.

Requirements

  • Must love talking—free-flowing, confident, and convincing on calls.

  • Strong communication skills in Bengali, English, and Hindi.

  • Based in Kolkata with full-time availability (8 hrs/day, reachable 10 AM–10 PM).

  • Willing to travel for client meetings.

  • Must own a laptop + stable internet.

  • Freshers welcome—no prior experience required.

Growth Path

  • Month 1 : Training & Onboarding:
    Focus on learning, observing, and practicing—no pressure on performance.
  • From Month 2 Onwards : Performance matters.
    You’ll be expected to convert leads into paying clients and deliver consistent results.
  • Compensation:
    Base: ₹7,500/month
    Incentives + performance perks on top (earnings grow as you deliver).
