Project Coordinator (Intern)

About the Role

Studio Articon is a growing creative & production house, helping brands and businesses with design, strategy, and storytelling.

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator (Intern)—a tech-savvy, design-aware multitasker who can keep projects on track, assist the design team, and handle smooth coordination with clients.

This role is about organization, communication, and execution. If you’re modern, extroverted, and quick to learn, you’ll find this role both challenging and rewarding.

Responsibilities

• Organize references, moodboards, and project assets.

• Assign work to designers, check progress, and manage revisions.

• Post updates on Studio Articon’s social media.

• Upload case studies, projects, and portfolio items (website, Behance, etc.).

• Make basic edits using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

• Coordinate with clients for updates, feedback, and deliverables.

• Support with documentation and future client project management.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

• Familiar with WordPress, HTML + CSS.

• Must own a working laptop + stable internet connection.

• Tech-savvy, modern, and a fast learner.

• Good communication skills, extroverted personality preferred.

• Based in Kolkata, with full-time availability (8 hrs/day).

• Freshers welcome—no prior experience required.
