We’re currently hiring a Marketing Associate who can confidently manage client interactions, convert incoming leads, and contribute to sales through persuasive communication and outreach. This is a role that offers real growth, exposure, and performance-based rewards.

About the Role

As a Marketing Associate, your job is to drive conversions from warm leads coming through our ads and organic channels. You’ll also conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms to push our services where relevant.

This is a target-based full-time remote role, but Kolkata residency is a must. We hold weekly in-person meetings for team alignment and sales planning. The fixed monthly salary is ₹10,000, and if you cross the sales target of ₹2 Lakh/month, you’ll earn an additional 10% incentive on the revenue generated.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to leads coming via Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or website

  • Build relationships and nurture leads until conversion

  • Pitch service offerings based on client interest

  • Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a warm sales pipeline

  • Conduct cold outreach on LinkedIn, Threads, or relevant communities

  • Use templates, scripts, and CRM tools to log your communication

  • Provide daily updates and participate in team review sessions

  • Help identify marketing gaps or opportunities based on conversations

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Confident communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi

  • Strong persuasion and closing ability

  • Understanding of platforms like LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Threads

  • Familiarity with digital sales or lead nurturing (even if self-taught)

  • Residing in Kolkata with availability for weekly in-person team discussions

  • Highly responsive, proactive, and driven by targets

Nice to Have

  • Previous sales or client service experience (even internships)

  • Passion for marketing, branding, and digital business

  • Comfort with structured follow-up routines

  • Understanding of creative/design services and how to pitch them

Monthly Target & Reward System

  • Minimum monthly sales target: ₹2,00,000 out of warm leads provided

  • On hitting target, you earn 10% bonus on total closed sales

  • Performance reviews every quarter to revise scope or role
